About the role
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for Aspire Lifestyles
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, on budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
- Champion project success with dedication to long-term business goals
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Facilitate change and remove roadblocks in collaboration with IT and business teams
- Prepare regular project status reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Project Management
- Proven track record of implementing large scale digital transformation projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies
- Experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
