- Answering high volume of calls
- Assisting callers with their healthcare enquiries
- Documenting all calls within our Salesforce CRM system
- Researching relevant information for customers using all available resources
- Seeking and listening to customer feedback
- Confirming medical procedures eligibility in line with policy
- Coordinating authorizations for treatment by liaising with 3rd party global providers
- Booking and amending appointments
- Assisting with enrolment and claims
Requirements
- You speak English, French and Spanish fluently
- You have experience working in a customer service role in a contact center or similar environment and managing several cases per day
- You have Strong telephone and verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- You are Customer focused and empathetic towards customers
- You are multi-task and can set priorities and manage time effectively
- You can work in a fast-paced environment, and you have experience working under pressure
- You are a good team player
