About the role
- Develop and actively track the project work plan
- Monitor overall program quality and performance
- Track project indicators and progress
- Manage project budget, monitor expenditures
- Build productive, collaborative, and equitable relationships with regional partners
- Provide targeted technical assistance and capacity-building
- Co-lead a participatory process with local partner(s) to develop strategies for transitioning humanitarian activities to local partners
Requirements
- A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in public health project management
- Previous experience supporting and managing SRHR projects
- Demonstrated expertise in sexual and reproductive health
- Strong advocacy skills
- Proven experience building and managing partnerships
- Ability to work effectively with remote, multi-cultural teams
- Master's degree in Public Health or equivalent
- Written and spoken competency in French
