About the role

  • Develop and actively track the project work plan
  • Monitor overall program quality and performance
  • Track project indicators and progress
  • Manage project budget, monitor expenditures
  • Build productive, collaborative, and equitable relationships with regional partners
  • Provide targeted technical assistance and capacity-building
  • Co-lead a participatory process with local partner(s) to develop strategies for transitioning humanitarian activities to local partners

Requirements

  • A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in public health project management
  • Previous experience supporting and managing SRHR projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in sexual and reproductive health
  • Strong advocacy skills
  • Proven experience building and managing partnerships
  • Ability to work effectively with remote, multi-cultural teams
  • Master's degree in Public Health or equivalent
  • Written and spoken competency in French
