Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track fundraising performance and donor engagement metrics
Develop and deliver regular performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and areas of opportunity for growth
Collaborate with senior leadership to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for improving fundraising effectiveness
Provide insights that influence global fundraising campaigns, donor retention strategies, and personalized donor experiences
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., fundraising, marketing, and finance) to ensure data-driven decisions are integrated into the global strategy

Requirements

3+ years working in the field of data analytics
Proven experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization platforms
Demonstrable experience planning and executing complex analytics projects across multiple stakeholders
