About the role
- Drive new residential & commercial subservicing sales opportunities
- Identify and qualify subservicing prospects
- Develop customized proposals and pitch the company's value proposition
- Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Leverage company resources to close deals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in subservicing / servicing highly preferred
- Established network of mortgage banking and financial services contacts
- Working experience and connections with Private equity firms strongly preferred
- Solid servicing and Business Development background
- Knowledge of residential & commercial servicing operations
- Experience reviewing and negotiating legal contracts
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is helpful
