Human Resources

• You will lead our HR function with a current team of three employees and take responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding to development and offboarding.
• You will be the central point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters and will manage our external service providers.
• You will contribute ideas to strengthen our company culture, employee retention and satisfaction, and design initiatives for employer branding, talent management and personnel development.
• You will draft contracts and amendments, support administrative tasks—particularly the monthly payroll—and build structures and processes that ensure efficient operations.
• You will be responsible for the analysis, preparation and quality assurance of all relevant HR and compensation data and will report these to management; you will also support audits.
• In close collaboration with management, you will further develop our HR strategy and ensure a modern HR organization that supports our growth objectives.

• Competitor, trend, and best-practice analysis with concrete ideas and tests
• Creation of mockups, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma
• Prioritization of tests and requirements for the web development team
• Final sign-off of all funnel and design deliverables

• Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
• Strategische Beratung unserer Kunden sowie Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Wachstumspotenzialen
• Aktive Identifikation und Umsetzung von Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen zur nachhaltigen Umsatzsteigerung bei Bestandskunden
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenterminen, regelmäßigen Reviews und Strategiegesprächen , um gemeinsame Ziele zu definieren und neue Maßnahmen abzuleiten
• Monitoring relevanter KPIs sowie Erstellung von Forecasts und regelmäßigen Reportings
• Koordination aller kundenrelevanten Maßnahmen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen

• Kommunikation mit unseren Partner per Email, Telefon und ggf. Chat
• Onboarding neuer Partner sowie Begleitung in den ersten Schritten
• Anlegen und Anpassen von Bestellungen
• Erstellung von partnerrelevanten Auswertungen und Reports
• Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung der Partnerbeziehungen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung unseres CRM-Systems
• Zuarbeit für Kolleg:innen aus dem Partnermanagement und dem Vertrieb
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Klärung von Fragen zu Rechnungen

• Planning, execution and optimization of lead campaigns across Google Ads, social and native ads
• Ongoing analysis of funnel performance, CPL/CPA and conversion rates
• Creation, testing and optimization of creatives and landing pages
• Close collaboration with the Creative and Data teams
• Market and competitor analysis
