Accountant

• You will take overall responsibility for ongoing financial accounting together with our Head of Finance.
• You will independently prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in DATEV.
• You will manage and optimize our upstream systems (including easybill and Finway) and ensure smooth interfaces to DATEV.
• You will continuously develop and standardize our accounting processes with a focus on digitization, efficiency and meaningful reporting.
• You will monitor open items/accounts receivable and manage and optimize our dunning process.
• You will work closely with our Head of Finance and act as a point of contact for auditors, tax advisors and internal departments.
• You will prepare financial reports and analyze relevant KPIs as a basis for management and executive decision-making.
• In the future, you may take on technical/team leadership responsibilities in Accounting.

• You are responsible for our HR area, currently a team of three, and for the entire employee lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding to development and offboarding.
• You develop and own our recruiting strategy, build talent pipelines, and use active sourcing to attract the best specialists and leaders to support our growth.
• You act as the central point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters and manage external service providers.
• You design initiatives in employer branding, talent management, personnel development, and employee retention.
• You are responsible for drafting employment contracts and contract amendments, and for supporting payroll and other HR processes.
• You analyze HR and recruiting metrics, create management reporting, and support audits.
• Together with management, you further develop our HR and recruiting strategy and create efficient, scalable structures for sustainable growth.
