• Scripting and Prompting: Create, structure, and maintain agent scripts (prompts, objection handling, edge cases).
• Define and maintain tone of voice and behavioral guidelines consistently.
• Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate call logs, transcripts, and KPIs (e.g., drop-off rates, success rates, call duration).
• Form hypotheses, plan A/B tests, and implement iterative improvements.
