About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for our HR area, currently a team of three, and for the entire employee lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding to development and offboarding.
- You develop and own our recruiting strategy, build talent pipelines, and use active sourcing to attract the best specialists and leaders to support our growth.
- You act as the central point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters and manage external service providers.
- You design initiatives in employer branding, talent management, personnel development, and employee retention.
- You are responsible for drafting employment contracts and contract amendments, and for supporting payroll and other HR processes.
- You analyze HR and recruiting metrics, create management reporting, and support audits.
- Together with management, you further develop our HR and recruiting strategy and create efficient, scalable structures for sustainable growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in HR, including positions in an agile, fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
- You have solid knowledge of labor law, recruiting, payroll, and personnel development.
- You have experience designing and optimizing HR structures and processes.
- You operate confidently at all levels, combining strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
- You take a proactive approach, communicate clearly, and have a genuine interest in people, organizations, and development.
