About the role

  • Act as a key layer of Interlaced's support team
  • Communicate availability to IT Support Associates
  • Self-sufficient with proactive/reactive tickets
  • Gatekeeper for Key Contact approval process
  • Resolve reactive support tickets
  • Work on proactive maintenance and internal initiatives
  • Review KPIs for performance
  • Develop knowledge of internal and client-facing technology solutions
  • Provide training to IT Support Associates and new employees

Requirements

  • 1+ years working in IT, with a focus on help desk and customer support
  • High technical skills and experience
  • Familiarity with common business technologies
  • Efficient problem solver
  • Ability to convey complex technical solutions to end users
  • Candidates should possess B2 or higher proficiency in English.
