About the role
- Supports design center processes.
- Manage all reports and tracking information for assigned projects
- Communicate regularly with builder personnel, designers, sales team, and managers.
- Assists with data entry and documents management
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement
- Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor
- Audits design paperwork for accuracy.
- Assists Design Center Manager as needed
- Prepares designer files for appointments
- Orders office and design center supplies, greets customers, and maintains office equipment
- Answers phones, greet customers, schedules, and coordinates DC appointments
- Works with Design Center Manager and vendors to correctly sample and display programs in showrooms. Maintains showroom and displays
Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- Desired experience, 3-5 years administrative/clerical (builder experience a plus)
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools, excel proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure adequate tracking systems are utilized to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production process.
