About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of active corporate clients, ensuring strategic and ongoing relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance indicators for the accounts under your management.
  • Lead governance and review meetings with strategic clients.
  • Mediate and resolve contractual or operational discrepancies, ensuring appropriate solutions.
  • Support renegotiation, adjustment, and contract renewal processes.
  • Prepare executive reports on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify business expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) in partnership with the sales team.
  • Ensure alignment between the client, operations, and internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Contribute to strategic account planning and strengthening client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in a business-related area
  • Experience in corporate account management
  • Experience working in BPO, technology, financial services, or consulting companies
  • Experience managing contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of negotiation and corporate client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation skills and conflict mediation abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic and results-oriented profile
  • High resilience and adaptability
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
