About the role
- Manage a portfolio of active corporate clients, ensuring strategic and ongoing relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance indicators for the accounts under your management.
- Lead governance and review meetings with strategic clients.
- Mediate and resolve contractual or operational discrepancies, ensuring appropriate solutions.
- Support renegotiation, adjustment, and contract renewal processes.
- Prepare executive reports on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify business expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) in partnership with the sales team.
- Ensure alignment between the client, operations, and internal teams to meet client needs.
- Contribute to strategic account planning and strengthening client partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in a business-related area
- Experience in corporate account management
- Experience working in BPO, technology, financial services, or consulting companies
- Experience managing contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Knowledge of negotiation and corporate client relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills and conflict mediation abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic and results-oriented profile
- High resilience and adaptability
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
