About the role

  • Own the operational infrastructure across the Chairman's ventures
  • Establish operating rhythms including dashboards and reporting structures
  • Manage information flow to ensure the right inputs reach the right people
  • Protect the Chairman's time through strategic calendar management
  • Lead AI-enabled initiatives from concept to live deployment
  • Design, prototype, and implement AI workflows and automation systems
  • Drive adoption of modern technical solutions
  • Lead high-impact projects from concept through completion
  • Establish aggressive execution timelines
  • Escalate risks directly when deliverables fall short
  • Manage special initiatives including business development and strategic partnerships
  • Track progress, risks, deliverables, and KPIs
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Chairman
  • Translate high-level vision into clear plans
  • Anticipate needs and proactively surface insights
  • Represent the Chairman in select meetings and negotiations
  • Prepare briefs, talking points, and follow-ups for engagements
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with senior executives and partners
  • Produce executive-level summaries and recommendations
  • Drive follow-through to ensure decisions become outcomes

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of operational leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience building and implementing AI workflows
  • Track record of building operational systems
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical fluency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High integrity, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
  • Experience as a Chief of Staff or in close operational partnership with a founder, CEO, or principal preferred.
  • Background in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
