About the role
- Monitor daily backups and assist with data restoration
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot Linux systems in production
- Set up and manage OpenVPN connections for internal and external users
- Support administration and maintenance of virtual machines in a Proxmox environment
- Handle and document support requests in the ticketing system and provide first-line resolution for common IT issues
Requirements
- Friendly, personable demeanor
- Comfortable with occasional customer contact
- Very good German language skills
- Initial experience with Proxmox and Linux
