About the role
- Independently plan, coordinate and control ERP projects based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central – from the concept phase through to successful project completion.
- Take responsibility for the quality of delivered customer solutions, including careful documentation for quality assurance and traceability of development tasks.
- Lead and provide organizational support to project teams and coordinate with relevant departments and external partners.
- Conduct workshops and in-depth analyses on-site at the client to gather, specify and systematically map individual business processes.
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central to meet client-specific and industry-specific requirements.
- Create practical manuals and guides to support end users in daily system use.
- Implement the ERP solution at the client site and train key users and end users to ensure sustainable system adoption.
- Support the go-live process and provide post-launch consulting and operational support.
- Assist the support department with complex technical or functional issues.
- Support the sales team during presentations and customer events by providing technical expertise and solution-oriented advice.
- Actively participate in internal knowledge transfer by sharing experience, best practices and technical innovations.
Requirements
- You have a degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable IT qualification.
- You have several years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central environment – ideally in project management or development.
- You understand business processes and can efficiently map customer-specific processes into ERP systems.
- You work responsibly, think entrepreneurially and are happy to take responsibility for projects and results.
- You are willing to travel to customer appointments within the D-A-CH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
- You are a strong communicator, committed and characterized by a structured, goal- and customer-oriented working style.
- You enjoy continuous learning, acquire new knowledge through self-study and keep up to date technically.
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
