About the role
- Monitoring daily backups and assisting with data restoration
- Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Linux systems in production
- Setting up and managing OpenVPN connections for internal and external users
- Supporting the administration and maintenance of virtual machines in a Proxmox environment
- Handling and documenting support requests in the ticketing system and providing first-line resolutions to common IT issues
Requirements
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Comfortable with occasional customer-facing contact
- Very good German language skills
- Some experience with Proxmox and Linux
