About the role
- Technical customer support: Assist with questions and issues related to our products, record and manage user issues in the ticketing system, create solutions and perform analyses
- National and international on-site service: Provide direct customer service at client sites as well as remote support
- Project implementation: Participate in international customer projects, prepare airport and airspace data, execute customer-specific test procedures, and support project acceptance and training
- Software testing: Create and execute test cases and test plans, verify software builds, and perform regular functional tests
- Support for product demonstrations: Participate in trade shows and product demonstrations and assist with demo setup
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or vocational training as an IT specialist – alternatively training/qualification in air traffic control or aviation with a strong IT affinity
- Very good knowledge of installation and configuration of Microsoft operating systems; good networking knowledge is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation and well-developed analytical skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 15–20% of working time)
- Very good written and spoken English, good German skills
