About the role

  • Serve as strategic business partner to Head of Enterprise and Senior Director of Global GTM Enablement
  • Shape and execute enablement strategy for Enterprise Account Executives and Relationship Managers
  • Build and execute learning programs for complex Enterprise deals including discovery, technical integration, procurement, and executive alignment
  • Design sales plays and deal guidance to support Enterprise field teams
  • Translate product and market knowledge into content, messaging frameworks, and tools for Enterprise audiences
  • Lead onboarding for new Enterprise sellers and deliver live and virtual training, workshops, and coaching
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Business Systems, Sales Ops, R&D and other teams
  • Monitor performance using platforms like Gong and Salesforce to measure impact and identify coaching opportunities
  • Drive alignment across global stakeholders to ensure consistent support for Enterprise teams

Requirements

  • 10+ or more years of experience in Sales Enablement or Enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on large, complex accounts
  • Demonstrated success supporting or leading strategic sales motions into Enterprise accounts
  • Experience designing and delivering high-impact training programs, both in-person and virtually
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in a way that resonates with seasoned sellers
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity while driving clarity and results
  • Working knowledge of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement effectiveness and business outcomes
  • Familiarity with Enterprise sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, Glean, and Outreach
  • Command of the Message certified (bonus)
