Serve as strategic business partner to Head of Enterprise and Senior Director of Global GTM Enablement
Shape and execute enablement strategy for Enterprise Account Executives and Relationship Managers
Build and execute learning programs for complex Enterprise deals including discovery, technical integration, procurement, and executive alignment
Design sales plays and deal guidance to support Enterprise field teams
Translate product and market knowledge into content, messaging frameworks, and tools for Enterprise audiences
Lead onboarding for new Enterprise sellers and deliver live and virtual training, workshops, and coaching
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Business Systems, Sales Ops, R&D and other teams
Monitor performance using platforms like Gong and Salesforce to measure impact and identify coaching opportunities
Drive alignment across global stakeholders to ensure consistent support for Enterprise teams
Requirements
10+ or more years of experience in Sales Enablement or Enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on large, complex accounts
Demonstrated success supporting or leading strategic sales motions into Enterprise accounts
Experience designing and delivering high-impact training programs, both in-person and virtually
Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in a way that resonates with seasoned sellers
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity while driving clarity and results
Working knowledge of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement effectiveness and business outcomes
Familiarity with Enterprise sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, Glean, and Outreach
Command of the Message certified (bonus)
