About the role
- Proven experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role.
- Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Track record of successfully identifying and engaging with passive candidates.
- Experience in conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Experience working within a software or technology company is desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Understanding of various sourcing methodologies and tools.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
- Familiarity with different interview techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Awareness of current talent market trends, particularly within the tech sector.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly proactive and self-motivated.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
