About the role

  • Proven experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role.
  • Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Track record of successfully identifying and engaging with passive candidates.
  • Experience in conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience working within a software or technology company is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Understanding of various sourcing methodologies and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
  • Familiarity with different interview techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Awareness of current talent market trends, particularly within the tech sector.
