Solutions Engineer

• Support sales team during technical proof-of-concept phases when specialized deployment expertise is needed
• Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Intenseye solutions (Edge, Cloud, Hybrid).
• Configure and deploy IP camera integrations (RTSP/ONVIF) across various VMS platforms (Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone).
• Deploy and configure industrial protocol integrations (OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU) with PLCs, SCADA, and IoT.
• Set up secure, outbound-only connectivity to Intenseye cloud services.
• Design deployment architectures, including edge processing, server specs, and network topology, based on customer constraints.
• Conduct IT requirements reviews, camera compatibility assessments, and validate technical prerequisites pre-deployment.
• Configure safety rules and use cases (PPE, restricted zones, LOTO) based on customer EHS requirements.
• Partner with Implementation Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth technical handoffs throughout the customer lifecycle
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to identify custom solution requirements, escalate bugs, and provide field feedback
• Collaborate with Security/Compliance teams to address customer IT security questionnaires and technical due diligence
• Monitor deployment stability, coordinate model fine-tuning, and create technical documentation/runbooks for customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Managers, Product/Engineering, Security/Compliance, and Sales teams.
