About the role

  • Design and implementation of innovative solutions in the area of SAP Customer Experience, SAP S/4HANA and SAP C/4HANA
  • Advising clients on the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Experience and hybrid sales platforms
  • Working with an agile approach in development projects and using modern planning tools for software development
  • Customizing and development of service and sales processes in SAP cloud solutions
  • Developing user-friendly interfaces in cloud and Fiori applications
  • Continuous professional development in the Customer Experience domain and application of new technologies

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Experience in organizing and modeling CRM processes
  • Solid knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP CRM and ABAP-OO (ideally from Customer Experience projects)
  • Experience in system integration, particularly in cloud development
  • Experience working with hybrid platforms (SAP and non‑SAP products)
  • Experience in developing user-friendly interfaces (e.g., Fiori)
