About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers supporting high-volume and corporate hiring
  • Manage and support recruiting teams working across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and consistent delivery
  • Own and execute recruiting strategies for frontline, support, and leadership roles
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies to reduce time-to-fill and improve talent quality
  • Monitor funnel metrics, recruiter capacity, and operational efficiency to meet hiring goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leaders, Hiring Managers, and Clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 2+ years leading high-volume recruiting teams
  • BPO recruiting experience required
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, labor markets, and high-volume hiring models
  • Proven success managing TA metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and SLA compliance
  • Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies (Workday preferred)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
