• Conduct workshops for needs analysis and solution development with our clients.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Identity & Access Management.

• Federführende Konzeption und Implementierung von zukunftsweisenden Identity & Access Lösungen auf Basis von AD und Entra ID für Mittelstands- und Großkunden, inkl. der Übernahme von Projektverantwortung.
• Strategische Beratung zur nahtlosen Integration von Identitäten und Zugriffen in die Microsoft 365 Produkte und Services.
• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Workshops zur Bedarfsanalyse und Lösungsfindung bei unseren Kunden, mit Fokus auf komplexe Anforderungen.
• Positionierung als Subject Matter Expert (SME) im Bereich Identity & Access Management, inkl. der Funktion als Mentor für Teammitglieder.
• Aktive Weiterentwicklung unseres IAM- und Microsoft 365-Portfolios.

Security Engineer

• Beratung unserer Kunden rund um Microsoft Security und Compliance-Lösungen (z. B. Defender, Purview, Entra, Intune).
• Durchführung von Security Assessments, Risikoanalysen und Best-Practice-Empfehlungen.
• Design und Implementierung sicherer M365-Architekturen.
• Unterstützung bei Incident Response Szenarien und Security Optimierungen.
• Wissenstransfer und Workshops mit Kunden und Kolleg:innen
• Teilnahme an Pre-Sales und Post Sales Aktivitäten, um zur Entwicklung neuer Microsoft-Dienste beizutragen.
