Account Executive

• Drive new business development through your network, referrals, industry relationships, and proactive outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify, qualify, and close new client opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Build trusted partnerships with executive-level decision makers and serve as the primary strategic contact for key clients.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, client retention, and long-term partnership success.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding client objectives and recommending IntelliSurvey's full-service research and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Research Operations, and Delivery—to develop customized proposals, presentations, and client solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and contribute to pricing strategies and proposal development.
• Ensure successful project delivery by partnering closely with internal teams and proactively managing client expectations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, account activity, and opportunity tracking within the CRM.
• Mentor and support Account Managers, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a high-performing team culture.
