Business Development Rep

IntelliShift is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our team. Reporting directly to the ADR Manager, who in turn reports to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will be an integral part of our All-Bound team, which combines both Marketing and ADR functions. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, a knack for building relationships, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a crucial role in building the sales pipeline and driving company growth.

What you will do:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Strategically identify and research new business opportunities within target industries through a variety of channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling. You'll play a crucial role in pipeline generation for outbound leads.

Qualify Leads: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, assessing their fit for the IntelliShift platform. You'll also be responsible for converting and qualifying inbound leads to help grow our pipeline. You'll use a consultative approach to determine if they are a qualified lead for our Account Executives.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline, diligently tracking all activities and interactions our CRM.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, improve outreach messaging, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities, sharing insights with the team to refine our sales approach.
