Business Development Rep

• Own and execute outbound prospecting strategy within a set of high-value, complex, or MMBII or ENT-level accounts, collaborating closely with assigned Account Executives.
• Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to craft highly personalized and compelling messaging.
• Develop and execute sophisticated multi-touch, multi-channel outreach sequences to engage C-level and VP-level personas.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) and overall pipeline generated.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value inbound "hand-raisers," ensuring "speed-to-lead" is a top priority.
• Conduct deep-dive qualification calls with inbound prospects to assess fit, identify pain points, and build initial value.

• Develop, execute, track and optimize end-to-end demand engine
• Own the strategy and execution of programs that create and capture demand across the full buyer journey
• Partner closely with our outbound ADR team, Customers Success, Sales & Marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, processes, and KPIs
• Lead the demand gen team responsible for our portfolio of programs across all channels and the entire customer journey
• Track and report on key demand gen metrics to include sources impacting booked meetings, opportunities, HIRO pipeline, and revenue
• Proactively leverage a multi-channel approach, including SEM, SEO, AIO, social media, video, mailers, gifting, content syndication, partners, etc.
• Design and run structured experiments across channels, messaging, offers, and audiences; document learnings and apply insights to future programs.
• Partner closely with Revenue Operations to ensure clean data, attribution integrity, funnel visibility, and consistent definitions across marketing and sales

• Deeply understand the IntelliShift platform's capabilities and explain them to businesses of all types - transportation, food and beverage delivery, utilities, field service and many more.
• Build and foster relationships with customers.
• Build new business in an assigned book of named accounts via warm leads and outbound sales activity.
• Drive net new revenue growth by selling solutions to Strategic commercial accounts.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Development (ADR) team.
• Research and understand the customers business goals, objectives, and challenges.
• Collaborate with marketing team to improve and/or create marketing and sales collateral to highlight product/services value proposition.
• Communicate accurate and timely forecasts to multiple layers of leadership both internally and externally.
• Prepare and execute sales plans, events, and campaigns.
• Deliver strong performance against sales/revenue targets.
