About the role

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple geographies and drive operational efficiency through process standardization and automation.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance to ensure alignment across strategic initiatives.
  • Manage global logistics strategy, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization; oversee vendor relationships and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (GDPR, ISO, export controls, etc.); work with Finance leadership to develop and maintain internal controls for financial and operational compliance.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on annual operating plans and resource allocation; lead cross-functional initiatives to support growth and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–15+ years’ experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or physical security technology, with at least 5 years in senior operational leadership
  • Strong network of industry relationships (end-users, integrators, consultants, technology vendors)
  • Experience with federal/state/local government contracting is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of contract structures in the security industry (per-device licensing, per-site subscriptions, enterprise agreements, cloud consumption models)
  • Expertise implementing or optimizing CRM, ERP, ticketing, and telemetry systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Gainsight, Looker, PowerBI)
