• Business Partnership & Translation: Partner closely with business stakeholders to capture data requirements and business questions, translating them into effective, data-driven Power BI reports and interactive dashboards.
• Insight Generation & Visualization: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards that encourage user self-sufficiency, deliver actionable insights, and adhere to modern UI/UX best practices.

Middle Data Analyst / BI Developer

Data Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain the reporting data warehouse using a layered model: bronze, silver, gold, semantic, and governance.
• Build reliable ELT/ETL pipelines from ERP, CRM, production, budget, quality, catalog, and organization data sources.
• Develop and optimize SQL transformations for daily facts, conformed dimensions, KPI views, cohort analytics, client 360 views, alerting views, and operational dashboards.
• Maintain semantic views used by Power BI reporting, ensuring business users only access approved reporting layers.
• Implement data quality checks, freshness validation, reconciliation tests, and SLA monitoring.

• Architectural Engineering: Architect and maintain highly scalable, reliable backend solutions using ASP.NET Core and F#, strictly adhering to functional programming principles and event-driven architectures.
