• You will be paired with a Senior Enterprise Partner to attack a "Must-Win" list of Global Accounts. Your goal is not volume; it is penetration.
• - Strategic Account Mapping: You will deconstruct complex organizations. You won’t just find a name; you will map the "Buying Committee" (Budget Holders in Singapore, Influencers in Tokyo, Champions in Sydney) and define the path to power.
• - Orchestrate "Smart" Outbound: You will operate and improve our automation stack. You will design multi-threaded campaigns that blend automated efficiency with high-touch, hyper-personalized human intervention.
• - Executive-Level Communication: You will write to key client stakeholders. Your emails will not sound like sales templates; they will sound like peer-to-peer business correspondence, leveraging research, recent news, and cultural nuance.
• - Signal Intelligence: You will monitor personal action triggers and market triggers to time our outreach.
• - Qualification & Handover: You are the gatekeeper of the pipeline. You will conduct initial qualification calls to ensure we only deploy our Senior AEs on opportunities with genuine pain and intent.

Enterprise Growth Associate

• - Own CRM strategy and execution across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement journeys.
• - Develop and optimise automated communication flows across email, push, and in-app channels.
• - Build personalised, user-centric messaging that helps users adopt coaching, therapy, and self-care tools.
• - Partner with Product and Tech teams to enhance user flows and align CRM journeys with product features and releases.
• - Work closely with Product and Tech teams to identify user segments, behavioural triggers, and insights to inform experimentation.
• - Collaborate with Customer Success to drive specific adoption goals.
• - Run A/B tests, derive insights, and propose new strategies to increase retention and product utilisation.

Senior Growth Marketing Associate

Product Marketing

• - Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive end-user adoption, engagement, and retention of employee mental health benefits
• - Be the glue between cross-functional teams, including client success, product, and engineering, to ensure clear positioning and messaging around Intellect’s suite of offerings to end users
• - In collaboration with other members of the team, develop marketing playbooks that support the client success team in rolling out Intellect to clients and building the case for renewals
• - Be the marketing thought partner and consultant to client success managers on internal campaigns, webinars, and onboarding programs to promote our products and educate members
• - Own distribution of product roadmap updates to Marketing & Client Success teams at a regular cadence

• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.

Behavioral Health Coach – Counselor

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
• Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction etc.
• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Licensed Clinical Counselor, Psychologists

Operations

• Track and monitor operational data and metrics, providing analysis and insights to support projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of internal and external processes, including service level agreements (SLAs), to meet operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, clinical, product) to ensure alignment with commercial demand and contribute to project implementation.
• Support the coordination and execution of operational requests for client delivery (e.g., onsite events, webinars).
• Communicate with users via email, chat, and calls to provide timely support on Intellect’s services.
• Share accurate information on available resources and options to help users make informed decisions—this may include assisting them in selecting appropriate care, clarifying service differences, and booking appointments.
• Assist in provider sourcing and engagement in collaboration with the Care Operations team to deliver client outcomes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as responding to emails, managing booking requests.
• Support logistical administration related to provider sourcing and payment.
• Work collaboratively with team members in the APAC timezone while maintaining effective communication and workflow with clients primarily located in US/Canada and LATAM time zones.

Clinical Counsellor, Psychologist

• Provide onsite/in-person mental health counselling for the employees of Intellect's local clients in the Philippines
• Report to the client's office for morning, evening, or overnight shifts depending on client requests
• Work rotating shifts as needed with at least 30 days' notice for changes
• Facilitate 1-on-1 sessions on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and well-being resources)
• Lead group sessions on coping strategies for stress and challenging information
• Moderate peer support sessions to encourage shared experiences and well-being discussions
• Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience
• Attend and complete required continuous development tasks, including clinical supervisions and module completion
• Share a monthly report on utilisation/participation
• Collaborate with Intellect's internal clinical team to suggest program and platform improvements
• Attend ad-hoc 1-hour check-ins (usually monthly) with the internal Intellect team for reporting and operational needs

People Operations

• Implement and maintain scalable HR processes, policies, and systems across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Coordinate people-related communication such as back-to-office programs, training and events, and company-wide updates.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits, and enrolment programs across APAC markets.
• Maintain HR systems (HRIS/EOR), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
• Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, delivering operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and empathetic support.
