Operations

• Track and monitor operational data and metrics, providing analysis and insights to support projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of internal and external processes, including service level agreements (SLAs), to meet operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, clinical, product) to ensure alignment with commercial demand and contribute to project implementation.
• Support the coordination and execution of operational requests for client delivery (e.g., onsite events, webinars).
• Communicate with users via email, chat, and calls to provide timely support on Intellect’s services.
• Share accurate information on available resources and options to help users make informed decisions—this may include assisting them in selecting appropriate care, clarifying service differences, and booking appointments.
• Assist in provider sourcing and engagement in collaboration with the Care Operations team to deliver client outcomes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as responding to emails, managing booking requests.
• Support logistical administration related to provider sourcing and payment.
• Work collaboratively with team members in the APAC timezone while maintaining effective communication and workflow with clients primarily located in US/Canada and LATAM time zones.

Clinical Counsellor, Psychologist

• Provide onsite/in-person mental health counselling for the employees of Intellect's local clients in the Philippines
• Report to the client's office for morning, evening, or overnight shifts depending on client requests
• Work rotating shifts as needed with at least 30 days' notice for changes
• Facilitate 1-on-1 sessions on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and well-being resources)
• Lead group sessions on coping strategies for stress and challenging information
• Moderate peer support sessions to encourage shared experiences and well-being discussions
• Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience
• Attend and complete required continuous development tasks, including clinical supervisions and module completion
• Share a monthly report on utilisation/participation
• Collaborate with Intellect's internal clinical team to suggest program and platform improvements
• Attend ad-hoc 1-hour check-ins (usually monthly) with the internal Intellect team for reporting and operational needs

Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Counselor

People Operations

• Implement and maintain scalable HR processes, policies, and systems across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Coordinate people-related communication such as back-to-office programs, training and events, and company-wide updates.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits, and enrolment programs across APAC markets.
• Maintain HR systems (HRIS/EOR), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
• Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, delivering operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and empathetic support.
• Manage employee relations matters (conflict resolution, grievances, disciplinary processes) in consultation with the Head of People.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives in partnership with business leaders and the Head of People.
• Partner with managers to ensure performance cycles, reviews, and feedback processes run smoothly and effectively.
