About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
  • - Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
  • - Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • For Counselors
  • - Hold an active Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license
  • - Be licensed through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions
  • - Hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
  • - Have completed:
  • - 60 semester hours of graduate education
  • - 3,360 hours of post-master’s supervised experience over a minimum of 2 years
  • - Have passed the NCMHCE examination
  • For Psychologists
  • - Hold an active Massachusetts Psychologist license
  • - Be licensed through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Psychologists
  • - Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program
  • - Have completed:
  • - 2 years of supervised experience
  • - At least 1 year of post-doctoral supervised practice
  • - Have passed:
  • - Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP)
  • - Massachusetts jurisprudence examination
  • - Expertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
  • - Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language
  • - Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching in managerial roles
  • - Flexibility: Openness to ocassional onsite work, if necessary
