Business Intelligence Analyst

• Own the measurement plan for healthcare workflow implementations — defining goals, KPIs, success criteria, and reporting cadence for AI-driven workflow deployments across payer and provider customers.
• Develop reusable dashboards, scorecards, and data views in Sigma that reflect end-to-end workflow performance: automation rates, containment, escalation patterns, task completion, and downstream outcomes such as authorization approvals or appointment confirmations.
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports that translate interaction and operational data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for Product, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders.
• Analyze interaction events across the IntelePeer platform — telephony, ASR/NLU, orchestration, EHR/CRM integrations — to surface how workflows are performing across prior authorization, referral management, claims status, and patient access use cases.
• Identify patterns in automation effectiveness, intent and slot performance, call containment, and transfer rates that indicate where workflows are delivering value and where optimization is needed.

Product Manager

• Develop deep expertise in the administrative workflows that drive cost, friction, and patient experience in healthcare, including appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility, prior authorization, referral coordination, billing follow-up, and appointment reminders.
• Engage regularly with subject matter experts (clinical staff, practice administrators, RCM specialists, front-desk personnel, and payer operations teams) to understand how workflows actually function in practice, where they break down, and what an improved experience would look like.
• Use SME input to validate workflow requirements before they reach any product or engineering team, ensuring that specifications reflect real operational needs rather than assumed ones.
• Define what "good" looks like for AI-assisted automation of these workflows: expected outcomes, accuracy thresholds, fallback logic, escalation paths, and measurable ROI benchmarks.
• Stay current on how healthcare organizations (providers, payers, RCM vendors) are actually operating and where they feel the most pain, through customer interviews, industry research, and partner conversations.
• Own and follow a structured software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for new healthcare workflows, from initial concept and SME validation through requirements definition, POC, build, testing, and release.
• Define and maintain workflow-specific artifacts at each stage of the SDLC, including problem statements, workflow maps, integration requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness checklists.
• Coordinate across the Integration product team, AI platform product team, product data team, and UX to ensure each has what it needs at the right stage of the workflow development cycle, and that dependencies are identified and resolved early.
• Establish clear entry and exit criteria for each SDLC phase so that workflows advance only when they meet quality, compliance, and functional standards.
• Conduct post-release reviews for each new workflow, capturing what worked, what did not, and how the process or product should evolve based on real-world performance.

Senior Product Manager – Healthcare Workflow, Agentic AI

• Healthcare platform partnership development — identifying integration targets across EHRs, PMS, scheduling, RCM, and adjacent systems; driving API access agreements with vendors; building a formal partner program
• Read layer requirements — what data agents retrieve from each system type, from which FHIR resources or HL7 message types, at what latency, and how it gets normalized before reaching an agent
• Write-back requirements — what gets written back to EHRs, PMS, and other systems when a workflow completes, the write contract, conflict handling, idempotency, and the safeguards that keep bad data out of the record
• Integration infrastructure — API gateway design, authentication patterns, retry/circuit-breaker logic, and the integration playbooks that standardize deployments across customers
• Data gap identification — formally documenting where required data is inaccessible, inconsistent, or unstructured, and owning the roadmap to close those gaps with partners and engineering
• HIPAA compliance posture for all integration touchpoints — PHI classification, audit logging, BAA scope, minimum necessary standards
