About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive product adoption and customer retention
- Lead a team to develop and execute customer marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals and institutions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate product features into compelling messaging
- Lead the development of omni-channel marketing programs
- Create and manage customer segmentation strategies
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities
- Partner with business development teams to develop sales enablement tools
- Partner with the Customer Experience division to conduct market research
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders and industry partners
- Implement personalized marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty
- Direct all areas of the Student/Educator Program operations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in related field
- Minimum of eight years focus on customer marketing and/or healthcare marketing
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a management role
- Project management experience in a multi-project environment
- Experience building effective digital marketing strategies
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of professionals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into marketing strategies
