About the role

  • Provide strategic leadership for the NGO/iNGO project vertical.
  • Ensure effective project planning, execution, and delivery across all NGO/iNGO projects.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across Programs, Technology, Product, and Monitoring & Evaluation.
  • Oversee the implementation and scaling of Intelehealth’s open-source telemedicine platforms.
  • Work with MEL teams to ensure robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and program teams.
  • Ensure effective budget planning, financial oversight, and resource utilization across projects.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Public Health, Health Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience in digital health programs, tech start ups, leading digital interventions.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale programs with NGOs, international organizations, or donor-funded projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
