• Remote position.
• Lead MLE function, conceptualize, design, and implement robust M&E frameworks aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies to generate evidence and insights.
• Mentor and guide a high-performing team of M&E specialists; build capacity of the function.
• Oversee data collection, storage, analysis, ensuring data quality and ethical standards.
• Partner with field teams, donors, and partners to disseminate findings and translate learning into action.
• Lead writing and dissemination of research findings to support advocacy efforts.
• Reports to the Director of MLE.
