About the role
- Analyze demand patterns and capacity requirements for both bailment and finished goods
- Partner with IF business development teams to model capacity requirements for new deals
- Create mid to long-term capacity strategies considering customer growth projections, and business expansion
- Identify capacity gaps and develop strategic expansion or optimization plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in capacity planning, demand forecasting, or strategic supply chain analysis.
- Experience with bailment or consignment inventory capacity planning preferred.
- Knowledge of semiconductor or electronics manufacturing capacity planning a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in capacity planning and demand forecasting arena.
- Expert-level Excel skills including advanced modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools.
