About the role
- Lead the research and development of quantum error correction protocols for fully fault tolerant quantum computing systems.
- Explore performance of technology alternatives, collaborating with algorithm and application researchers, software engineers and hardware engineers.
- Collaborate closely with both quantum computing hardware and software teams.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years' experience in designing quantum error correction protocols
- 1+ years' experience with Industrial Quantum computing
- 5+ years' experience with quantum error correction protocols (preferred)
- Experience with hardware/software codesign of a quantum computing system (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver significant results in a multidisciplinary environment (preferred)
