About the role
- Identify deal structures and payment practices that conflict with Accounting Standards
- Develop detailed solution options for deal structures and manual workarounds
- Participate in planning long-range transition plans for standard accounting practices
- Represent GRASP team in multi-organizational forums as a subject-matter expert
- Collaborate with CAO Rebate COEs on Close execution recommendations
- Conduct regular reviews to mitigate risk and ensure effective controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master or MBA degree in Business
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or rebate management
- At least 2 years in a lead role
- CPA, CPI, or equivalent certification
- Intel pricing experience
- Proficiency in SOX compliance, US GAAP, and rebate accounting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools
