About the role
- responsible for the entire lifecycle of software tools for domain-specific programming languages
- Design and integrate the IR interface between front-end components and the Intel graphics compiler
- Design and develop optimization algorithms to improve compiler performance and efficiency
- Analyze compiler-generated code to identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations or hardware enhancements
- Collaborate with hardware architects to collect data and evaluate advanced features for future Intel Graphics processors
Requirements
- MS. degree in computer science, electrical computer engineering, or STEM
- 2+ years with a MS
- C/C++ programming experience and compiler development
- Familiarity with compiler optimizations, front-end translation and back-end code generation
- Familiarity with computer and graphics architecture
- Familiarity with GPGPU programming model
- Knowing LLVM infrastructure is a big plus
