About the role
- Manage recruitment, interviewing and hiring for all positions
- Work alongside COO to handle relations and coverage needs
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Enhance job satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Recruiter is preferred
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Efficient and organized use of email
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Self-motivated with ability to perform job remotely
- Desire to work both independently and as a team with a results-driven approach
