About the role

  • Negotiate and administer customer contracts including pricing, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes, proposals, and orders
  • Respond to customer and field representative inquiries, resolve issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by communicating order status, activities and reports
  • Analyze historical data, cost substantiation, and market conditions to support pricing decisions
  • Coordinate customer and field sales activities with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Contract Review teams
  • Provide management with reports on pending, open, and overdue orders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related degree
  • 1 year of experience in Manufacturing / Marketing / Sales / Customer Service / Customer Support environment
  • Aerospace industry environment is preferred
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
