Payroll

• Oversee and manage the processing of payroll, including bonuses, incentive pay, and deductions
• Supervise payroll staff and assign daily workloads to ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Review and approve payroll registers and reconciliation reports prior to submission
• Act as escalation point for complex payroll inquiries and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations
• Manage payroll tax filings, benefit deductions, garnishments, and other statutory withholdings
• Support HRIS system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements related to payroll processing, time and attendance, and time off modules

Payroll Supervisor

Software Engineer

• Creates accurate CNC programs, using applicable tools, which support cell manufacturing techniques and standards.
• Assists cell leadership in the troubleshooting of machining issues and offers advice on best machining practices.
• Develops programs which reflect known standards and communicates with cell leadership when changes to the standard should be considered.
• Safeguards the integrity of the programs and instills program stability confidence in the operators, in support of the cells' “load-and-go” efforts.
• Assists cell leadership and cell operators with effort to reduce set-up times and increase productivity and efficiencies.
• Communicates with OPT Production Engineer, on a regular basis, ensuring that they are aware of current standards and that they are informed of DNC number assignments in a timely manner.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Reports on safety incidents to supervisor.
• Makes recommendations for improvements to work processes.
• Contributes to 5S program in work area.
• Provides a high level of service to all internal and external customers.

CNC Programmer

Account Manager

• Negotiate and administer customer contracts including pricing, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions
• Prepare and manage customer quotes, proposals, and orders
• Respond to customer and field representative inquiries, resolve issues and escalate when appropriate
• Maintain strong customer relationships by communicating order status, activities and reports
• Analyze historical data, cost substantiation, and market conditions to support pricing decisions
• Coordinate customer and field sales activities with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Contract Review teams
• Provide management with reports on pending, open, and overdue orders
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Customer Account Manager

Engineer

• Provide technical support to Manufacturing Operations.
• Develop manufacturing process layouts and tool designs.
• Collaborate with machinists to improve efficiency.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct research for equipment acquisition.
• Program CNC machines using CAM systems.
• Train Production Engineers and support team knowledge development.
• Troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Manufacturing Engineer

• Lead Applications Engineers and manage new application projects for bearing products.
• Set priorities, review design drawings, cost estimates, test plans, and reports for accuracy, manufacturability, and adequacy.
• Consult with leadership on complex or new technology designs.
• Maintain frequent communication with field sales engineers and customer engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Travel domestically and internationally to address design issues and support product marketing through technical presentations, seminars, and customer meetings.
• Participate in new product development projects and apply creative problem-solving to advance bearing technology.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement through Lean Enterprise initiatives and 5S programs.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
• Complete additional duties, cross-training, and related tasks as assigned.

Bearings Engineering Supervisor

• Assist in creating and maintaining work instructions, manufacturing routers, and related documentation
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 6S initiatives to reduce waste and improve workflow
• Help identify and resolve basic process and product issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of simple fixtures and jigs under supervision
• Work with Design Engineering and Operations to ensure manufacturability of products
• Participate in new product introduction activities, including basic process setup and testing
• Provide technical support to production teams and assist in training on updated processes
• Follow ITAR regulations and company standards for safety and quality
