About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support lead generation and management activities, coordinating global trade shows and webinars.
  • Maintain digital marketing platforms and assist with market research and reporting.
  • Provide operational support for sales and marketing programs.
  • Manage and maintain incoming leads generated through website inquiries, trade shows, and digital campaigns.
  • Track and monitor lead progression and support sales teams in converting leads into customers.
  • Coordinate logistics and administration for global trade shows, managing registrations, exhibitor portals, and event documentation.
  • Generate reports using Google Analytics and other business intelligence tools to support sales growth and marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating company website content and pages, supporting ongoing SEO maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of relevant internship or professional experience in marketing, sales operations, business analytics, or related functions.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM or lead management systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools (preferred).
  • Exposure to SEO, digital marketing, or website content management systems (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating events, webinars, or trade shows (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms (preferred).
  • Basic graphic design or visual content creation skills is a plus (preferred).
