• Virtual Sales Assistant is a remote sales-support role responsible for providing high-quality administrative, coordination, and sales-operations support to the Head of Sales and Marketing and the Business Development team.
• This position keeps the sales engine running smoothly — managing CRM data, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating prospect and partner communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate pipeline and reporting.
• Manage outbound email sequences, follow-ups, and nurture touchpoints under the direction of the BDM team.
• Schedule prospect, client, and partner meetings, manage invitations, and send confirmations and reminders.
