About the role

  • The Product Delivery Manager owns delivery, workload management and stakeholder communication for MedTrac and related technical products within the MedTrac team
  • Serving as a Scrum Master and delivery lead, this role drives roadmap execution, structured projects from initiation through production release while also driving ongoing Agile backlog execution
  • The position ensures roadmap transparency, SDLC discipline, and high quality, compliant releases aligned to strategic and regulatory initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading Agile product or platform delivery in a technical environment
  • Experience serving as a Scrum Master in an Agile delivery team
  • Experience managing both structured projects and ongoing Agile development work
  • Strong Agile delivery management skills, including backlog refinement, sprint execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation
  • Experience coordinating release management and post-release stabilization
  • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing
  • Familiarity with SDLC governance and release controls
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards or Jira
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present status to Business and Technical Leadership
  • Technical fluency to collaborate with developers on APIs, services, databases, and CI/CD
  • Data-driven approach to delivery management
  • Experience in healthcare, utilization management, claims, or home health
  • Familiarity with Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL Server) and CI/CD practices
  • Exposure to FHIR APIs, X12 278/275, or payer-provider interoperability
  • Knowledge of quality practices and test management tools
  • Familiarity with Lean, Kanban, or flow-based delivery metrics
  • Agile certifications such as CSM or PSM preferred
