About the role
- Generate, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making.
- Monitor performance and process improvement across the Operations division.
- Communicate data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent business experience.
- 3-6 years of data analytics experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, or similar analytic platforms.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider models, especially Home Health operations and Utilization Management workflows.
- Experience with cloud-based data environments and large-scale data extraction and transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in an accessible way.
- Experience with project documentation, gap analysis, and source-to-target mapping.
