Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent business experience.
  • 3-6 years of data analytics experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, or similar analytic platforms.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider models, especially Home Health operations and Utilization Management workflows.
  • Experience with cloud-based data environments and large-scale data extraction and transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in an accessible way.
  • Experience with project documentation, gap analysis, and source-to-target mapping.
