About the role

  • Oversee the strategic and operational functions of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Private Duty Nursing (PDN) programs funded through Medicaid
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Improve provider network performance
  • Integrate health information technologies
  • Enhance overall program efficiency and service delivery outcomes
  • Review developing and streamlining workflows
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Implement utilization management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

  • State licensure as RN
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Medicaid Program Management
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in LTSS and/or PDN services
  • Required to uphold compliance principles as outlined in the Code of Conduct and related policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
