About the role

  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling Zoom meetings for candidates and interviewers.
  • Confirm attendance for interviews and ensure that all parties are informed of any changes.
  • Assist in tracking and collecting feedback from interviewers promptly.
  • Generate and maintain reports on interview metrics and other HR-related data using Excel or any other tools.
  • Support various HR initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
