About the role
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling Zoom meetings for candidates and interviewers.
- Confirm attendance for interviews and ensure that all parties are informed of any changes.
- Assist in tracking and collecting feedback from interviewers promptly.
- Generate and maintain reports on interview metrics and other HR-related data using Excel or any other tools.
- Support various HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
