About the role

  • Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects
  • Translate client objectives into clear scopes, timelines and deliverables
  • Facilitate project rituals (kickoffs, weekly meetings, steering committees, retrospectives)
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
  • Track progress, dependencies, risks and scope changes
  • Ensure deadlines, budget and commitments are met
  • Produce and maintain clear, structured documentation
  • Support client adoption of solutions
  • Quickly identify issues and propose concrete solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience (technology, digital, agency or consulting)
  • Genuine interest and passion for AI and its practical business applications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving projects
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong client orientation and ability to simplify complex topics
  • Solid writing and documentation skills
  • Comfortable with tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp or equivalent
  • Bilingual French/English (fluent in French and English)
