About the role
- Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts with strong support of client needs
- Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems
- Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce
- Problem solving and dealing with client and data issues
- Liaising with internal teams to seek answers / understand the issue and working towards resolution
- Role will include support to multi-regions and teams / stakeholders
- Participate in team and/or 1:1 meeting, share updates with clients, management, and stakeholders
- Additional responsibilities and projects assigned, as needed
Requirements
- Ideally 2-4 years' experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns
- Managing relationships with customers or agencies
- Extensive Salesforce experience
- Excellent client service skills
- Knowledge of order to cash process, analysis and reporting would be an advantage
- Hands-on detail oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of client and finance functions
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Japanese
- Experience in the advertising technology industry
- Experience with or exposure to Workday
