General Counsel

• Draft, review and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, licensing, non-disclosure, data processing and other commercial agreements for a wide spectrum of local and global client prospects and partners such as digital advertisers, agencies, ad exchanges and walled gardens
• Assist with providing legal and strategic business advice and support across a broad spectrum of internal functions, including Sales, Marketing, HR, Product, Technology and Finance
• Work with the Legal Department to design, implement and enforce company policies and processes to ensure legal compliance with internal policies, as well as applicable laws and regulations

Customer Success Manager

• Develop and maintain the multi-year strategic client relationship for Global accounts to meet and exceed customer objectives and IAS revenue goals.
• Act as the lead point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders, in all matters specific to assigned client portfolio.
• Ensure successful activation, upselling and retention of our solutions according to client needs and objectives and align account strategy across the globe.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success across multiple regions ensuring that the activation of IAS products is carried out in sync with the overall account guidelines and in accordance with client’s specifications.

• Act as the link between different projects and ensure building a solid monetization platform for customers

• Support in the execution of corporate engagements across proprietary live/digital events, as well as external industry conferences and trade shows
• Assist in creating detailed proposals and briefing documents for all events, including timelines, agenda, venues, vendor listing, staffing, and budgets

• Leverage event and industry research to drive recommendations and improve effectiveness of events
