Requirements

What you’ll need

BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science Machine Learning, or a related STEM field
8+ years of hands-on experience in software development
at least 5 years leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
deep, hands-on experience building and deploying AI and machine learning systems at scale
proven ability to partner effectively with Product and business stakeholders
expertise in system design and architecture for scalable, production-grade AI services
experience working with other teams or technical program managers to coordinate cross-team projects
excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time
experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
