Business Development Rep

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new client opportunities through outbound sales activities including cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and documentation to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) scopes of work.
• Develop and submit bid proposals and RFP responses within customer deadlines, while maintaining up-to-date CRM records of leads, bids, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and operations teams to ensure estimates align with scope and client expectations.
