About the role
- Develop comprehensive TAB test plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Accurately enter Pre-TAB data into designated platforms, such as Airbnb or other company-specific software.
- Draft and submit clear and concise RFIs to address information gaps or resolve project ambiguities.
- Collaborate with field technicians to facilitate smooth job turnovers and ensure seamless project completion.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise on job sites by working directly with field technicians and project teams.
- Engage with engineering staff to enhance technical knowledge and improve job performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- NEBB or AABC Certification is preferred.
- Previous experience or background in TAB is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
